HOTEL IMPERIALE BY OMNIA HOTELS, Rome – Your ideal downtown stay

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with its good and comfortable rooms that were very clean and bright. The balconies offered spectacular views but missed refilling extra toilet paper and plastic cups. However, the service was disappointing with loud conversations and an unexpected 200 euro request. Despite this, they managed requests efficiently.

Our family had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were small but sufficient, with some issues like air conditioning problems and noise disturbances, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was our primary reason for choosing this hotel, being convenient and within walking distance of many attractions, even though there were some minor inconveniences. The dining experience was pleasant but could be improved, offering good value for money. Overall, we had a decent stay with some ups and downs.
